If you want to live without suffering,
try and limit the aches and pains you cause others

Most people WANT to be good.
As a professional photographer, I photograph at least 200 quality photos per day, at least 100 are couples, and when I pose them, I have the man fold both arms and put his elbows on the table, which is not easy and requires repeated coaxing, because they were taught to not put their elbows on the table (but for Photography its OK);
but its proof, than Man Wants To Conform To Good.

People ask Archure “Why are you a Vegetarian Vegan?” Religion or Medical?
Archure’s Answer: Because I don’t want to be involved with the unnecessary Cruelty to my fellow creature (I am not trying to curse or blame you, I am just trying to keep you from the pitfalls of karma). Especially, when it’s to your medical advantage to be a Vegan. You’ll find many vegans in the Medical field (hosptials tend to have vegans on staff who say, how can I go in an fight disease if I am sick myself?, they know the consequences of milk and/or meat), as well as more vegans in the field of Law. Because it’s the Law of Nature, the Law of Karma: you act, and your karma is the result. You have control over your own destiny, your own karma. You want good things? Do good things.

IMPORTANT: If you try going on a Vegetarian or Vegan diet make CERTAIN that you get 100 to 300 mg of Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and at least 1000 mcg of B12 (B12 is in mcg not mg) else you get seriously depressed MORE INFO

People ask me why I am a vegetarian vegan, right before they are going to eat, hoping that I will bless their meal, so to be polite, I say look it up later at My personal slant on this, is that, I don’t have TIME for that kind of karma, I am busy doing good things, good music, good art, good words, who has time for grief? So I choose to not involve myself with grief, but the rest of society does. All I can do is do the right thing, and be a good example to others, in the hopes that I can sway a few in the right direction. Go Vegan. (original article below)

"It is my view that the vegetarian manner of living by its purely physical effect on the human temperament would most beneficially influence the lot of mankind." - Albert Einstein Letter to 'Vegetarian Watch-Tower', 27 December 1930

VEGAN: The Reasons: Health, Moral, Religious, and Scientific

A "VEGAN" is a Vegetarian who does not eat nor own (and tries to avoid use of) anything from the Scientific Classification of "Animal Kingdom" Note: the religious classification of Animal Kingdom denotes "Mammals" only (religious cop out, sell outs, blasphemy, within the church), while Vegans go by the official scientific classification of "Animal Kingdom" which includes: fish and birds, and even insects and shell fish.

VEGAN's do not eat Meat (no fish, no bird), no Dairy products, nor Honey, they do not own/wear leather, silk, nor wool. (some make exception for work related required attire, uniform, safety harness, etc).
AND THUS: VEGANS RESIST the forces of violence against animals, Vegans coexist with God's creations (God is not a human, and you are not God, except that we all have a bit of God within us, "we all" = animals inclusive have a bit of God within us, we are animals too, technically we are Great Apes (bipedal hominids), if you believe in Science). The Slaughter House is an unpleasant job, and Vegans do not ask you to work there on their behalf (as everyone else does). What effort you ask of others, is the effort you eventually work yourself. VEGANS MAKE FOR A BETTER WORLD. A Healthier World, an Easier World. Veganism is noted as being much healthier by the medical profession (Mayo Clinic, American Cancer Society....). Many Vegans are found in the Medical Industry, as those who are knowledgeable about Health know that Veganism is the quickest and best road to wellness.
"Every moment of life is a challenge, every day it's something. With things the way they are, how can one not help his or her own karma and chances of success by being a vegetarian vegan every day and every night. Do you want to walk thru the path of muck? or walk thru life with better karma? (based on: if you believe in karma, I do, I see it every day)" -ARCHURE (back to a Vegetarian Health Food Diet since January 1993, and an even stricter Vegan diet since December 22, 1998, after being influenced and impressed by vegans over many years)
See an excellent article on "Vegan" at Wikipedia; and even better MEDICAL EVIDENCE from a 20 year joint study of 880 million people by Cornell University, Oxford University, and the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine "The CHINA STUDY" at Wikipedia QUOTE: “The findings from the China Study indicate that the lower the percentage of animal-based foods that are consumed, the greater the health benefits—even when that percentage declines from 10% to 0% of calories. So it’s not unreasonable to assume that the optimum percentage of animal-based products is zero...”

FULL Wikipedia QUOTE: "A 2002 Time/CNN poll, found that 4% of American adults consider themselves vegetarians, and 5% of self-described vegetarians consider themselves vegans.[3] This suggests that 0.2% of American adults are vegans. Also in 2002, the UK Food Standards Agency reported that 5% of respondents self-identified as vegetarian or vegan. Though 29% of that 5% said they avoided "all animal products" only 5% reported avoiding dairy.[4] Based on these figures, approximately 0.25% of the UK population follow a vegan diet. In 2005, The Times estimated there were 250,000 vegans in Britain, which suggests around 0.4% of the UK population is vegan."

HEALTH:  Being a Vegan is very good for your health, but you do need to take Vitamin B-12 supplements (and it is also advised that one also gets a B Complex (all the B vitamins), Vitamin D, and some Vitamin E and Calcium supplements are good for everyone.   Meats and Dairy products both cause a very strong Acidic Reaction within the body which is not good for you, it wears you out, makes you more susceptible to diseases, it can damage your glands, and causes weight gain (all of this, as per "The pH Miracle" by Young & Young (a top selling health book).  A large percentage of people who are patients in hospitals are there (directly or indirectly) due to low pH (acidity in diet), which is caused by Meat, Dairy products, Alcohol, Soda, and a lack of Water between meals.  Meat and Dairy products are also very high in deadly saturated fats, which cause heart disease.   Both a high Fat diet and low pH problems are associated with a much higher risk of Cancer, and many other common, major, diseases.  These are the medical facts, I kid you not.  I have links on my other web pages to direct quotes (Mayo Clinic, American Cancer Society, and The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.  Being a Vegan is very healthy for you.

No one is perfect, some may have slight exceptions. but I do try my hardest. I do take Synthroid medication tablets which I must have, which probably contains a trace amount of dairy products to hold the pill together.  Yes one can get tablets made with no dairy, but not from the companies which make Synthroid (synthetic Thyroid).  As a Vegan, I own no animal products.  I have shoes which appear leather like, but are not really leather.  I read labels and avoid products with MSG (which comes from a meat source) and "Natural Flavors" which in some cases may contain animal products.

BULLIES, BULLIES, and MORE BULLIES, If someone isn't Threatening or Harassing someone, then its some Authoritative or Fiscal Oppression taking place (debt, poverty, legal actions, threats of war, laws against freedom) . In the home, on the streets, in the workplace, in the battlefields, its a WORLD OF BULLIES; a world of Karma, a world of What goes around comes around, a world where if you violate God's laws, God's creatures, God's karma will violate you
It is obvious to me that eating Meat creates Aggression (not assertion, but aggression, anger, rage). Psychologists advise persons suffering from aggression to "cut back on red meats", then amend this to "cut back on all meats", then suggest eliminating all meats from your diet),
and its obvious to me that what goes around, the karmic implications of consuming or using any animal products is to invest in enslavement, and the karma of slavery, thus the only way to Free Yourself, is to go to the effort of avoiding all Animal Products and Byproducts.

"For as long as men massacre animals, they will kill each other. Indeed, he who sows the seed of murder and pain cannot reap joy and love." -Pythagoras, mathematician

"As long as there are slaughterhouses, there will be battlefields." -Leo Tolstoy

"You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here" (and so do animals) -Max Ehrman

"The time will come when men such as I will look upon the murder of animals as they now look on the murder of men." -Leonardo da Vinci, artist and scientist

"In their behavior toward creatures, all men are Nazis. Human beings see oppression vividly when they're the victims. Otherwise they victimize blindly and without a thought." -Isaac Bashevis Singer, author, Nobel Prize 1978

"What goes around, comes around"

"Meat" is a word, truely meaning "Evil", due to what it needlessly does to Animals (enslavement and miserable life and miserable death), and what it does to Human Society; Bullies, Aggression, Oppression, Enslavement, Poor Health (as per the Mayo Clinic & American Cancer Society), and Misery, despite fooling themselves.
Anthropologists say that human evolution is so slow, that only a slight evolutionary change in humans takes over hundreds of thousands of years. People who lived 20,000 years ago in caves, long before the pyramids, were physically and mentally the same (same IQ, same facial features, same height, same longevity (except for social and dietary conditions affecting height and longevity on a temporary basis (in the mid 1800's people were shorter and lived 45 years, but Ben Franklin's parents both lived to their mid 80's). Carl Sagan's "Dragons of Eden" points out that the ancients were actually taller, Neanderthals (hundreds of thousands of years ago) had larger brains). Thus the people 20,000 years ago, who lived in caves, where just like us. Anthropologists say that 20,000 years ago, there was not much of a society, the ancients practiced Slavery and Human Sacrifice (polite scientific term for cannibalism). Considering that we are the same basic people now as then, I hope that society does not revert; thus I try to do everything I can, to persuade society to prevent reverting back to this. Life, Society, and Culture, is more precarious than most people realize. Most people have this false illusion that everything is all OK and will end up OK (rosy picture cast by TV), and that they humans are Gods only creatures (false illusion cast by the devil, who has crept into the church structure; animals have feelings, God made them like God made you). Violent Revolution, War, Violence, Disease, and other forms of Bad Karma can strike at any time, and does. Best to invest your "goes around, comes around" Karma, to Peaceful Evolution, Coexistence with all humans, and all animals.

WARNING: Some people hear the woes of meat, and don't believe it, mock vegetarianism, challenge it, and try to prove to everyone else that meat is harmless and good, by consuming large quantites in big display; only to suffer the consequences very soon (aggression, trouble, rage, and sudden turns in health), the next thing you know, they are clinging to life. Take my word for it, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, do check out my links to medical experts, and quotes, and books; don't try to prove the medical profession and historical greats wrong by over stuffing yourself and suffering the consequenses, investigate my words further first, then you will see.

I care about people. Because I have to live on the same planet with you. I am not out to put you down, claim you are immoral for following societies main path. I am only trying to rectify our course, towards a better life, with less disease, no war, and no violence. Trying to make your day a happier day for you, and everyone else.

(The following quote was written around 3000 BC, a translation from 6000 BC)
"The inexorable working of destiny, imposed on man by the turning of the Zodiac, subjects all human beings to the pain of birth and death. Man's problem is that in his ignorance he believes himself to be just a body, one that will grow old, suffer and eventually die. His sense of injustice at the inevitability of this fate leads him to hurt himself and others, either through lust for more life or fear of approaching death. These crimes serve further to bind the soul to the body and so increase man's suffering" -The Hermetica: The Lost Wisdom of the Pharaohs translated by Freke & Gandy, written by the Egyptian sage Hermes 3000 BC, (writtings attributed to Thoth 6000 BC), pg 137 CHAPTER XVIII"The Hermetica"

Life is not forever. Life is only too short. And what you do with your decision, will affect your karma, your happieness. Life can be heaven on earth, or hell on earth, depending upon what you do with it.

THUS I am a Vegan. I have learned my lesson; Thou shall not Bully Animals (humans inclusive). DON'T BE BULLIED, DON'T BE A BULLY, BE A VEGAN.
The only solution towards sanity,
-ARCHURE aka Will Chris Holley

"Never yell at a vegan" (its very bad luck to yell at a vegan, one suffers the consequences, I learned this years ago before I became a vegan)

Consider yourself an animal too, and consider animals to all be God's creatures (except cockroaches)

Do unto others, as you would have them do to you
