Isnít it a contradiction (and illegal?) to claim that a product is DAIRY FREE if it also has the message:
"Manufactured in a facility which also processes soy, nuts, wheat, milk, veal jerky, and if the workers are that sloppy that we are required to post this, then you should also know that the facility has a toilet, and on occasion, a worker might cut himself on one of the machines. Pesticides are used in the facility. Workers have been known to scratch, pick, and wipe"

DRINKING WATER: DISTILLED WATER is preferred for drinking and cooking by www.drweil.com ALTERNATIVES: Evian (bottled at Geneva at Lake Geneva), FIJI bottled from an Artisan well, or Iceland (Walgreens brand), or of the common brand using "Reverse Osmosis" (def: thru a filter under pressure, as per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_Osmosis) Water is essential, as it not only hydrates you, and cleans you, but only Water pH balances you (soda, tea, juices, dairy products, all do not balance your pH, which is a very serious issue, see menu above for my article on "pH".

Bio-Terrorism: If its down to sealing your self in a room, put a cup or two of Bleach in the drain or a dish, the fumes will kill off everything from Anthrax to Bacteria to Virus's, that easy (try it on your bathroom mold, it like Anthrax is a fungi, which like pH 5 (beer), pour some beach on it, come back later and its gone). INTRO: DO YOU KNOW what your body needs and requires? (nope, didn't think so, most people don't, but I do). Do you know why your body craves certain foods? Did you know that you can get these things your body craves from better healthier sources? (without the dangerous, deadly stuff mixed in). Did you know that Americans get only 17 grams of fiber per day at best (lack of proper fiber is a factor in colon cancer), when 25 grams of fiber is way more like it? Did you know that most Americans (USA) get 145 grams of fat per day? (and this increases the risk of Breast Cancer and Colon Cancer by X 8 over countries which consume less than 50 grams of fat per day). Did you know that most of that fat is from deadly Saturated Fats? (making heart disease and cancer way more likely).

Did you know that a handful of Raisins will provide enough potassium to get rid of leg cramps in 2 minutes? Did you know that going to any grocery and getting any brand name of B Vitamin complex such as "B 100" or "B 1000" or "B Stress") in the 100 mg size (and taking 1 to 3 per day) will keep you HAPPY & COHERENT? (while others are severely depressed and sometimes end up in institutions under heavy medication because that's how Psychiatrists make more money). Do you know the secret ingredient in Oysters which make men more masculine? (Zinc, a typical plate of East Coast oysters is 40 mgs of zinc (3 oz of Pacific oysters = 14 grams of Zinc), while for $5 at your local store you can get a whole jar of 50 mg of Zinc per tablet (easy now, no more than 50 mg, as too much Zinc prevents the absorption of Copper, which is essential for new blood cell growth in bone marrow, I met someone who took too much zinc and had that problem), did you know that Zinc helps heal wounds much quicker? (great for just out of surgery recovery). Do you know that a typical Hamburger has only 14 grams of protein, McDonalds claims more (how do they do it? fudge on the statistics), and has lots of deadly saturated fats, same with all the other ground meats, and most of the USA is protein deficient, I used to be), while a typical person needs Body Weight in Pounds X 0.4 = grams of protein per day (typically 50 mg for women and 75 grams for men), I put 2 or 3 scoops of scoops of Isolated Soy Protein (no whey, whey powders sold in gyms, typically have little protein, most Isolated Soy Protein is sold in health stores labled as "Vegetarian Protein Powder") mixed in Soy Milk (mix in the blender) in the morning which instantly provides me around 90 grams of protein, some prefer it just before bedtime. Do you know of DHEA? (25 mg to 50 mg is best) it's the new wonder drug, available over the counter, a natural hormone which helps longevity, and the entire endocrine system (including all the body glands, yes the sex glands too), and did you know that by simply eating a Sweet Potato (high in Vit A) or Yam (not high in Vit A) once or twice per week will provide plenty of DHEA (there is more natural DHEA towards the tips), I have recently found an article at a .edu site claiming that the DHEA is only in one type of Yam (called Carribbean or Mexican) and that the body is not capable of utillizing it, but I doubt that, and challenge that even if not 100% certain (and I have been right with my challenges before (aka: the Universe is endless in space and time, previously thought to be only 9 billion years old, we can now see galaxies that are 14 billion light years away, and Neanderthals were once thought to be extinct, but we now have proof that they are part of the gene pool, see my Music section for "Neanderthal Song" which has links to many .edu sites now proving what I have said for years (I am a modern day Neanderthal), I prove myself right time and again), and did you know that DHEA will help your Pituitary gland manufacture your own natural Melatonin? (which the body stops making after age 40, that's why older folks can't sleep). Did you know that regular potatoes (russet, pink, white) are all so high in Glycemic Index (sugar overload) that it makes people pass out?  Did you know that the USA consumes too much sugar (bet you knew that one already huh?).  Did you know that 3/4 of most people in hospitals are there because of poor pH because they think that soda is a substitute for water? Did you know that this also causes psychological stress too? (I shake hands with people and often 30 seconds later my hand is burning because they are at such a low pH in their diet, they are struggling to stay alive).
WELL TURN OFF THE TV AND START READING. Go get some B VITAMINS and some Bottled Drinking Water, and come back and read some more.
