Employee / Employer Equality

When I go to work for someone, I consider it a deal; an exchange of services for payment. I go to work to do assigned tasks. These tasks do not include me being a target for pented up rage, aggression, nor verbal abuse. I go to work in order to work.

I don't take verbal abuse. Consider us business partners (employer and employee). If you have a problem with aggression and find yourself angered and in a rage, consult a Psychologist or a Doctor.

Unfortunately, the world suffers from aggression. Be it road rage, office quarrels, family disputes, war, people bumping into each other on the sidewalk, its endless.

I have seen some employers and employees on the brink (and have even been angered myself). I understand (having studied psychology) and I don't take it personally, but I do go to work in order to do a job, not to take abuse on a regular basis.

God created us all equal.
Thank God that Ben Franklin & Friends cleared that up long ago.

I have but one life to live (some people believe in an afterlife, which I hope for, but realistically I have not seen much realistic proof (same with UFO's). I will not wait till my next lifetime to be considered an equal.

I say "yes sir, yes mam" and do good work, and expect that the same manners that apply to me, apply to everyone, employee and employer. EQUALITY
