The Culinary Union says this does not count, as it is "More than 10 years ago, and not in Las Vegas", but whats the big difference? Serve from the left take from the right, fish fork, dinner fork, salad fork, plate, salad knife, dinner knife, fish knife, soup spoon holding cocktail fork, with butter plate to the left and water goblet to the right, desert spoon & fork above plate, dishes soap rinse disinfectant, rotate stock, Hobart, Rycoff, never scoop ice with glass and keep the ice clear of the new ice, splurt new soda canister, foam new keg, the Cheff is KING (turn up the AC), bus tables, sweep the floor, steam clean, mop, salad bar is out of letuce & garbonzos, were out of coffee cup plates, wheres my order?, faster everyone faster, clean that up the health dept is comming, the celantro has perished, watch your fingers with that knife, don't burn your self, what has changed in 20 years? Not much difference (EXCEPT: some Health Code Regulations)

Actual duties: Fry Cook, prep, clean up, in Watsonville CA Wendy's, both owned by Terry Bradshaw (Football Hall of Fame). I was told I would be a "Manager in training" for 1st Wendy's San Francisco store, (but never worked at SF store, only Watsonville). I worked 5 am to 1 am, Salary, (worked out to less than min wage). Resigned: long hours 20 hrs per day, duties did not include anything managerial, it was just a cheap way of getting low pay work, I reminded manager Bill Hawley (and my name is William Christopher Holley), that I was Manager in training, and he told me I would be "Manager of the French Fries" (and told the other manager in training he would be "Manager of busing the tables"). We were provided with a nice place to stay (shared), a luxury place on the beach (I lived 2 counties to the north in Marin), but was only allowed 4 hours sleep (strange). Pardon my resignation. (strange experience). It was the only job I could get (it was that or sell large kitchen knifes door to door, which I would not do, too threatening, both jobs found thru the College of Marin job placement). It was after this series of nightmares and lack of reasonable employment that I reluctantly left Marin and moved to L.A. CA. working briefly as a Waiter at Sam's Family Restaurant in Marin just before I left (they wanted me to wash dishes when the dishwasher walked out, but was primarily a waiter).
