Every song on this page was Written & Performed entirely by ARCHURE; using: Midi Software: "Home Studio 2" by www.cakewalk.com AND 1) Midi Keyboard: Casio CTK-611 ( "*" = Casio automated riff, only if noted) 2) Midi Drums: Yamaha TDXpress 3) Midi Guitar: Roland GK-3 guitar pickup & Roland GR20 converter on a Squire Strat guitar (made in China) All Sounds heard are actually performed on these 3 instruments; Unlike an MP3 file where you hear the actual instruments, you are not hearing the sound of an instrument. Guitar: the sound wave is transferd to a digital signal, then to Computer MIDI code, which instructs your sound card to play certain notes and tones. MIDI file notes can be changed to sound like bells, sax, strings, guitar, organ, bassoon, flute, voice "oohs", kalimba, steel drums, etc. Notes, Duration, and pitch, have been altered, copied, pasted. When studying "Atonal Music" and "Modern Classical" at College of Marin, I submitted this idea for a piece to my professor Dr Stan Krasic, in class, and have used it in concert for "crowd control", as it resolves all present Aug 4ths & Dim 5ths (background noises, or any previous oops by the band, intentional or non-intentional), and is made up of Major 3rds, which are harmonious, it works quite well, mellow people out. I also discussed it with members of the Grateful Dead, who liked the idea. A scuffle or arguement in the audience, play ascending augmented triads, and it quickly resolves peacefully
