1. U.S.A. Violates Human rights, International Law, and US Law at Guantanamo Bay
2. Criticisms of Military Commissions Act (Wikipedia article) which denies prisoners of war their rights by the "3rd Geneva Convention" and denies Article 5 (Articles 2 and 7 also) of the United Nations "Universal Universal Declaration of Human Rights" (1948) MORE BELOW on both issues: VICTORY: UN human rights chief welcomes United States court ruling on Guantánamo BayAT LAST WE, THE UNITED STATES ARE MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AGAIN I have been promoting Peace all the while. When the USA first invaded Afghanistan, I wrote the President suggesting Peaceful sanctions, or at least attacking non-people objects, instead of people. There are lots of innocent people in Afghanistan. Perhaps someone wants to sign up to volunteer thru the United Nations, Read of the United Nations programs to Rebulid Afghanistan UN pdf large file size) or UN Web In Afghanistan. Oh I know the attack on Afghanistan looked justifiable (as viewed on USA TV), after the Twin Towers, (and they did get Saddam who butchered the Kurds http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halabja_poison_gas_attack, well actually he was convicted of other things), but most people in Afghanistan had nothing to do with the Twin Towers (those who did the attack where all Saudi's (our "Allies"), and even if anyone from Afghanistan was involved, there are lots of innocent people in Afghanistan. I am guessing/betting that someday they will find out that Osama bin Laden is really a CIA Operative (probably hiding out, clean shaven, in Philadelphia? or Florida?). Rebuild Afghanistan (and pass out anti-FGE leaflets, and other social leaflets such as Pro-Sex leaflets written by Dr Ruth Westheimer, as the Middle East is sexually hung up, which causes all sorts of psychological problems. Dr Ruth says Sex is Good, and even says legalized prostitution is good (such as in Nevada). 2 women accused of prositution were executed in Afghanistan July 12th 2008, we need to air drop pro-sex propaganda leaflets, all over the middle east (where FGE is widespread, homosexuality is punishable by death in some middle east countries, etc, and thats why they have problems, if you oppress the "Psychological ID" (ie. basic instincts: sex, food, water, shelter, and body elimination (using the restroom), if you Oppress these things in people, then you get reactive problems out of people. See my article on Sex/Social Issues in the Middle East http://www.archure.net/psychology/sex2.html#mideast but as Professor Fergueson (Psychology/Human Sexuality) says, the USA is also very sexually hung up, resulting in lots of problems. Legalize prostitution, in the USA and Afghanistan (so say the educated experts such as Dr Ruth Westheimer). The oppression against Prostitution in the USA, even in Nevada (where its legal, except in Clark County and Las Vegas, dirty double back stabbing trick to tourists who come here to find its a long way to a legal brothal, and some which are advertized are either too hard to find or are not really in existance (another dirty trick). Rumor is (motive), that Nevada was used for Nuclear Bomb Testing (which killed many people by lukemia in the 1950's and 60's thru the begining of the 90's), was quite possibly done as an Anti-Prostitution attitude, legal in Nevada, so bomb the hell out of everyone huh? (or take a college course in Human Sexuality, only to find out that it should be legal, everywhere). Instead of Attacking and hurting Afghanistan, we need to Educate and Help Afghanistan. There are lots of innocent people in Afghanistan (and lots of innocent people in the USA too, people who dont want war, don't participate in war, and even people who try to promote Peace). I wrote President Bush thru the White House email, urging that we air drop pro-sex leaflets in the middle east (for the reasons stated above), and in all seriousness, that is getting to the root of the problems, and thats what can fix the problems. Phamphlets, not bombs. Dr Ruth Westheimer says..... In my opinion, prostitution should be made legal everywhere in the United States, not just Nevada. I held that opinion before the onset of AIDS, and now I believe in it even more. (Sex for Dummies by Dr Ruth Westheimer page 324) Dr Ruth Westheimer says..... In ancient times, prostitution was generally accepted; in some cultures it was even linked with religion, as 'temple' or 'sacred' prostitution. Cultures in which prostitution flourished included those of ancient Greece and Rome, Persia, China, and Japan. But while prostitution is legal today in many European countries, in the United States it is outlawed in all states but Nevada. (Encyclopedia of Sex by Dr. Ruth K. Westheimer page 222) Genuine Legal Brothal http://mabelswhorehouse.com/ but I would not use your Credit Card there, not because of the brothal, but because of what the Bank would do to you if they saw that on your bill (like calling your work number and office and talking with your co-workers to verify a charge to XXX Ranch, bankrupting you). Some people who have not studied psychology in college, mistakenly think prosititution is evil, and also think they can be evil to people who pay or recieve money for sex, like that is some sort of excuse to hurt people. The educated elite say different, much different. Even if Mables Ranch is a real place, its hard to find, I would call, disscuss it, print out a google map and its easy to miss the turn to HWY 160, but its easy enough to find if you know its 5 minutes drive from MERCURY NEVADA (US Air Force Top Secret Installation, top staff fly in and out all the time, but its all top secret "Sorry honey, another mission, I'll be gone a week"). From Las Vegas, drive North West out the 95 Freeway, after and hour or so of driving, when you pass Mercury Nevada (Area 51 Military only), prepare to make a left turn, then turn right onto a dirt road (even then its hard to find). OK, I admit I went out there, years ago, and I used my credit card, and was soon fiscally ruined, for many years. All because, not enough people bother to study Psychology in college. I would rather have a girlfriend anyway (not easy to find one, I know, I have tried), but one should not be condemed to hell for going. Acording to the educated experts. With the Worlds Science, Technology, Communications, we could, and should have a much better world, a world of peace, helping each other, international trade, international travel, international prosperity for all, in only a few years, if we put forth the effort. As per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_Commissions_Act_of_2006#Provisions The Military Commissions Act of 2006 says....
POSSIBLE PARTIAL VICTORY: I read at Wikipedia, that the Military Commissions Act has been altered, but the specifics were not mentioned in the article I read (more later). Looking at Criticisms of Military Commissions Act (Wikipedia article) I see that this article has not been updated to include such info (and the other article was not specific enough). It does mention that someone won in court in one instatnce, but nothing that the Military Commisions Act has been changed, it sould be, ASAP. Still uncertain, more later. YOU HAVE RIGHTS OR, YOU HAD RIGHTS, before the Millitary Comissions Act IF WE DENY ANY OF THESE 30 RIGHTS, WE NO LONGER HAVE THEM DO WE? Lets not retract International Law. The Military Commisions Act of 2006 must be retracted immediately. If Iraq cheats at war (bad), perhaps a few U.S. soldiers might even cheat (bad), but lets not retract International Law. Analogy: If a US Senator did not pay his taxes, would it be in the best interest of everyone to change the law to say it is OK for everyone to not pay their taxes, in order to clear the senator?. Selling out my rights, your rights, and what would have been the rights of our childrens childrens children, all over a few misfits? Selling out our rights for a handful of dimes? The Military Commissions Act (Oct 17 2006) needs to be retracted, immediately; else we have ruined what the founding fathers (Franklin, Jefferson, Washington) set out for us. How can we have rights unless we observe the rights of others?. In the mean time, I as an individual, am sticking to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (regardless of government gone wrong), I live by these rights, my rights, your rights, everyone's rights, and we all should make an effort to live by them, then things would be better, international trade and travel, and success for everyone, thanks to science, education, and cooperation. WHAT ARE HUMAN RIGHTS? http://www.ohchr.org/EN/Issues/Pages/WhatareHumanRights.aspx HUMAN RIGHTS I believe that all humans should have Rights. Actually, all humans already do have rights (by the Laws of Nature, but many are not aware of that). You are human, God made us all. And if you believe in Karma, or What Goes Around Comes Around, or Sow and Ye Shall Reap, then you might consider Equality, Coexistance, and the United Nations "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html and posted below. Entitlements to freedom, shelter, food, health care, travel, privacy, as long as you don't mess with others rights; I hope you'll read all 30 "Article#'s" it's only a few words, it wont take all day, you owe it to your self Boycott Chocolate from Slavery sources Boycott Chocolate from Slavery sources DO HOMELESS PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS?
