| Frequency sounds can induce brain waves at the same frequency. Alpha Frequency of 10 cycles per second (CPS) is a Calm, Relaxed, state of mind. Being able to go into an Alpha state (brainwaves at 10 cps) while talking to another, can induce the same state into the other person or animal. Going into an Alpha state can prevent seisures, and can pull people out of seisures. If someone is having a seisure, if you go into a calm state (alpha) and talk with the person and those around him/her, asking everyone to remain calm and telling them this will help get the person calm, the person is likely to come right out of the seisure in a matter of a few seconds, and to help you can learn to make an alpha frequency. The same is true with photographing small children, if the parents are in an aggitated state, screaming at the child to smile, shaking their shoulders to behave, the child is likely to be upset, but if you smile and talk calm, your more likely to get a smile. It is of my opinion that the MORTAL SINS doctrine is very rude and evil, more evil than quite a few items on the list. I think they can go to their own Hell. And police are just people, and more likely to fall into the typical bad habit of 'monkey see, monkey do', "oh I like to spray passive people", while an intelligent Judge will probably see it different. But in the event that some people are arrested, I hope they get help from OCCUPY, we must pull together; but a bit of cat and mouse is easier for everyone and still gets the message across.
